1. Shipping
How do we ship? We ship nationally and internationally. Orders are processed within 1 to 3 working days from confirmation of payment.
Delivery time may vary depending on location and courier service selected.
- Domestic: Estimated delivery time for orders within Spain is 3 to 7 business days.
- International: International orders may take between 7 to 14 business days, depending on the destination.
What is the shipping cost? The shipping cost varies depending on the weight, size and destination of the artwork. The final shipping cost will be calculated at the time of purchase, before completing payment.
Shipping tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number so you can monitor the status of your shipment at all times.
2. Changes
Can I change a work of art? As each artwork is unique, we do not make exchanges once the order has been confirmed and shipped. If you have any doubts about the artwork before making your purchase, we invite you to contact us for further details.
Exceptions: In exceptional cases, such as when the artwork has arrived damaged or does not correspond to the purchase made, we will proceed to an exchange according to the conditions detailed in the returns section.
3. Returns
Can I return a work of art? Returns are accepted within 14 days in the following cases:
- Damage during transport: If you find that the artwork is damaged upon receipt, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order. You will need to send us clear photos of the damage in order to proceed with verification and take appropriate action (either refund or replacement).
- Order error: If we have sent you a different artwork than the one you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will offer you an exchange at no additional cost.
Return process:
- Contact us: In case of damage or error, send an email to info@botticelliartgallery.com with photos and description of the problem.
- Verification and confirmation: Our team will verify your request and, if applicable, we will provide you with a return code or instructions for the collection of the work.
- Return of the artwork: The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the product has arrived damaged or in error.
- Refund or replacement: Once we receive the returned artwork in its original condition, we will proceed with a full refund or ship a new piece according to your preference.
4. Important Considerations
- Conditions of the artworks: Artworks must be returned in their original condition. We do not accept returns if the artwork shows signs of use, damage or alteration.
- Consumer rights: Return and exchange policies are subject to local laws and conditions that apply to online purchases in Spain.

Unframed Artworks
Do the artworks come with a frame? The artworks we sell are delivered unframed. This allows you to choose the frame that best suits your style and the décor of your space.
Can I buy a framed artwork? If you would like your artwork to be framed, please contact us directly before purchasing to coordinate the framing option. We will be happy to offer you different framing options available and an additional quote for the framing service.
